ナポリピザの生地は外側がパリッと、中がモッチリとした食感が特徴です。自社工場で独自配合された原材料と、その日の気温や湿度に合わせた発酵時間調整により、絶妙な食感が実現します。世界中から厳選された100%ナチュラルチーズを使用し、香りと風味が引き立つブレンドで、コクとミルキーさが楽しめます。藤木芳幸シェフ監修のソースも一から作られ、素材とのバランスが絶妙。注文後に丁寧に焼き上げ、保温プレートでアツアツのまま宅配されます。

Maximizing the Quality of the Ingredients

The dough of our Neapolitan pizza is characterized by a crispy exterior and a chewy interior. Made with a unique blend of ingredients from our own factory and carefully adjusted fermentation times based on the day's temperature and humidity, we achieve the perfect texture. We use 100% natural cheese, carefully selected from around the world, and blended to enhance its aroma and flavor, offering a rich and creamy experience. The sauce, supervised by Chef Yoshiyuki Fujiki, is crafted from scratch, perfectly balancing the ingredients. Each pizza is baked to order and delivered hot in a special insulated bag to ensure it arrives piping hot.
